Ingredients First

We are a 100% Italian food company, we produce all our products in Reggio Emilia, in the heart of the Italian food valley. Our products contain the best of the agri-food production of our area: from the flour of our lands, to the best selected meats, up to seasoned Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Every corner of Emilia offers a tradition, each province has a characteristic shape of pasta and filling and we carefully select only the best ingredients to offer you a perfect symbiosis between taste and tradition.

We select the best ingredients with care and experience, respecting the territory, the origins, the original recipes and seasonal availability. We cook all the ingredients ourselves.
We use whole cheese that we grate only at the moment of use. We have always chosen only whole meat pieces, we process it internally and cook it slowly. We only use eggs that come from hens fed with feed of vegetable origin, free of artificial colors, to guarantee the best organoleptic and nutritional quality.

We do not use preservatives, colors or artificial flavors and our products only put what grandma would have put for you.
