500g Reggiana Gourmet meat Bottoncini
200g diced Vegetables (Carrots, Celery, Courgettes and Red Pepper)
50g Extra virgin olive oil
500g Sunflower oil
1 Herb bouquet
Preparation
- Sauté the diced vegetables in olive oil in a wok Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the sunflower oil to 140C and fry the herb bouquet.
- Cook the Reggiana Gourmet Bottoncini.
- Salt the Reggiana Gourmet Bottoncini with the vegetables and garnish with the fried herbs.
